This is the Amideast Online Help Desk. We want to provide you with resources, assistance and support to make your online learning experience an enjoyable and successful one.
The first thing you will need to do is to make sure your computer is up-date-date with the right programs. For this, you can go to "Configure Your Computer" link in the menu and follow the instructions there.
The second sub-menu has a "Video Tutorials" page where you can find informational videos about the AMIDEAST Online LMS, its features and functions.
If you click on the "Academic Resources" menu link, you will find a variety of information and resources you can use to help you with the academic content of your course. There are, for instance, links to dictionaries, grammar references and so forth.
We also encourage you to go the Technical Support page to get more information about navigating and using this LMS.
Lastly, we offer a "Frequently Asked Questions" section. The FAQ link takes you to a place where there are answers to questions many others have already asked.
