The Teacher Sandbox is place for you to practice using the Moodle LMS to prepare quizzes, assignments, and other resources. You will do this under the guidance of your English language management. Below you see resources that are available to help use the LMS. Below those pages are sandbox locations where you can practice preparing various asynchronous activities. If these meet the requirements of a course for long-term use, you EL manager will have them transferred to courses and configured with the grade book. The resources listed below are for EL managers and teachers using the AMIDEAST learning management system (LMS) and BigBlueButton (BBB) web conference and virtual classroom. The initial folder has essential documentation for course preparation and student enrollment in online classes for El managers and coordinators. There are forums for providing updates and exchanging information. Use them to seek answers to questions and share information.. Lastly there are five instances of the BBB web platform for meetings and training sessions. These can be used to practice using this resource. We want to ensure that online teaching will be as effective as possible.
