Course Intended Language Learning Outcomes (CEFR Level: B2)
- Students will be able to understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation.
- Students will be able to interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party.
- Students will be able to produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
AMIDEAST Policies:

Students are expected to come to class on time.

Mobile phones should be put on silent mode.

No food or drink is allowed in AMIDEAST classrooms & labs.

Break time is 10 minutes for two-hour classes

Passing grade is 70%
- Each student shall be entitled to four absences during the same course. If students exceed four absences, they shall be requested to repeat the entire course

Course evaluations are done at the end of the course

Students are encouraged to cooperate with each other and show respect and courtesy towards the teacher and other participants.
