This is where you will have class for the time being. It is important that you are present during live class sessions.
English for Teens-Level Two

AMIDEAST Policies:

In order to benefit to the greatest extent, students partaking in this program will be expected to speak in English in the classroom.

Students are to arrive to class on time and prepared.

Students may be assigned homework assignments to be completed at home.

Students may be given a break during class. Students must return to class immediately after break.

AMIDEAST holds a no-tolerance policy in terms of disciplinary issues with students.

Mobile phones should be turned off or not brought to class.

Course fees must be paid in full by the first day of class. Course fees are refundable only before the second class meeting. After, no refunds will be made.

After six unexcused absence hours, a student may be required to repeat the course.

Every student who has completed and passed a course is entitled to receive a certification of participation. The minimum passing grade is 70%. The following is the grading scale used in the progress report:
P Pass: (70%-100%): may go to next level
R Repeat: (0%-69%): must repeat the same level
F Fail: awarded after two consecutive repeats
Students are assessed according to the below grade scale
