Etijah -Upper Intermediate Stage

1. Read the first three paragraphs of Ocean Eyes song.

2. Skim the lyrics first to understand the main idea.

3. Identify words or short phrases that you can replace with synonyms (words that mean the same or almost the same).

4. Rewrite the paragraphs using your new words while keeping the same meaning.

5. Do not change the structure too much — just replace words where possible.

Original: The sky was bright and full of stars.
Changed: The sky was glowing and filled with stars.
