1. Instructions: Read the following situation and write an email to clear up the misunderstanding. (100-150 words)

You recently booked a package vacation. You had asked to go to a good three-star hotel in Rome. You specified a double room for you and your husband/wife. You reserved the room for five nights. When the room confirmation came back, the details were as follows: the hotel is in Venice and is five star. The accommodation is a three-room suite and the reservation is for three nights. The price per night is three hundred dollars more than you had requested.

2. Instructions: Describe a course or workshop that  you have attended. What was good or bad about it? What was the instructor like? What did you learn from it? (100-150 words)
