Think of a service that you have used. Write an online consumer review of it. Write about the following points:
- The customer service – were any staff you dealt with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful?
- The cost of the product or service – was it good value?
- The benefits of the product or service – how did it help you or improve your life?
- A final recommendation – should people consider using it or not?
